New writers’ festival takes note

Picking up any writers’ festival program and reading about the sheer volume of events, panel discussions, talks, workshops, keynotes, forums and parties is bound to feel like a dizzying wack to the head for the solitary writer.

But this year, the new festival Noted in our nation’s capital will experiment with the tried and tested festival format to give writers, readers, editors, publishers and the ‘undefined’ a chance to participate in the process.
