Rediscovering your curiosity

We often use our curiosity to great effect in the arts but few of us manage to recapture the innate curiosity of a child.

Anyone who has spent time in the company of a pre-schooler knows that whatever the answer, the question ‘Why?’ always has another ‘But why?’ on its tail. The arts gain much of their strength from such curiosity but they do so in an environment that constantly works to undermine it.
