Author Talk - Stephanie Parkyn

Join us for a morning with debut novelist, Stephanie Parkyn.

Stephanie Parkyn has recently released her debut novel, Into the World. The story is set in 1791, during the French Revolution and is inspired by the true story of Marie-Louise Girardin, an unwed mother who seeks escape and independence. Disguised as a man Marie-Louise joins a voyage of exploration employed as a steward on the Recherche, to find the missing explorer La Perouse.

This is a free event with refreshments included. Copies of Stephanie’s book will be available for purchase and signing.
