Continuing gender bias in major Australian literary publications

The 2015 Stella Count has been released today.

Run by the Stella Prize, the count assesses the gender of authors reviewed by Australian publications and the gender of reviewers.

The Stella Count collates this information to provide a picture of how gender bias persists in the Australian publishing industry. It also analyses the length and genre of review coverage.
