Faber Writing Academy
About the Course
Once you've finished polishing your manuscript, the next step is to submit it to agents and publishers. But it's hard for any writer to know if their work is really ready for that step – an opinion from an expert is invaluable. In this consultation, you'll be given feedback on your work and whether or not it's ready to submit. You'll also have the chance to discuss where your work fits into the current marketplace and be able to talk about what your next steps should be.
Your booking includes:
• 25 minutes of one-to-one time with Pippa Masson, agent at Curtis Brown in Sydney.
• Refreshment on arrival
Our literary agent, Pippa Masson, has worked at Curtis Brown since 2001 in a variety of roles. She now works as a full time agent at the company and understands writing and writers very well (even her mother is one!). Over the years she's developed a comprehensive client list of adult fiction and non-fiction, illustrated titles and children's books. She is currently Treasurer of the Australian Literary Agent's Association.
How to Apply
